The space Stay in the heart of one of the largest Regional Nature Parks in France, the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, in this tastefully and modernly renovated winegrower's house called the Ferme du Bois, like its village. The house, adjoining another cottage for 4 people and the secondary residence of the owners, is located on a fully enclosed common land of 600 m². You will enjoy the calm and serenity of the place, from which walks in nature will delight young and old. Discover the fauna and flora through many walks, including in the Forest of the County, the largest oak forest in Auvergne. Don't miss the discovery of Issoire, its abbey and its Clock Tower or Billom, famous for its garlic fair, and discover its medieval quarter and its large Monday morning market. The cottage offers on the ground floor a large bright living room with open kitchen, toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a TV lounge, a bedroom (1 bed 140), a shower room and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor attic, the gîte offers a mezzanine lounge area offering an extra bed, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 cm), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 cm), bathroom, separate toilet. The owners provide complete baby equipment upon request (baby bed, highchair, bathtub and baby cook). Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace. The land is equipped with swings and a private pool shared with the second gîte and the owners. Parking is available. Electric heating: €50/week.
