Please contact the resort for more information. • A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. •The resort will undergo deck repairs and replacement from May 9 - 28, 2023. This project will specifically affect the Bay Point Association. During this time, there will be intermittent disruption due to noise, dust, odor, and work crews on-site. Dates are subject to change. • We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
