Y Cuddfan Annexe is a completely self contained space with 1 double bedroom, lounge area with sofa bed, bed chair and TV with shower room and toilet off. It has a fully furnished kitchenette diner with mini oven/air fryer/grill, induction hob, microwave, kettle and fridge for self catering. Although 'Y Cuddfan' is attached to the main house, situated to the rear of the property,it has a private and comfortable outdoor seating area with hot tub which is not overlooked. The space Malltraeth is a small Welsh rural village benefitting from a local shop which also serves as the chip shop, off license and newsagent. The local pub, the The Joiner’s Arms is just a five minute walk away. Malltraeth has its own estuary with beautiful wildlife, sea views, spectacular sunsets and access to the national cycle network leading through the well known Newborough forest and beach. Amazing views of the Snowdonia mountain range can be seen to front of the property, whilst the estuary is visible to the side. It’s an ideal base to explore the island of Anglesey whilst having the facilities to keep costs down with self-catering options.
