Former shop recently renovated and transformed into a modern loft, complete with all amenities. Located near Parco Dora, in a quiet area but well connected to the city center, 10 minutes from Porta Susa and 15 minutes from Caselle airport. The space The apartment is spread over two levels: on the lower floor you will find a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, with an oven and dishwasher, a dining table and a functional sofa bed. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower complete with all accessories, including a washing machine. The staircase will lead you to the loft, where the master bedroom with a closet is located. The entire apartment has air conditioning and heating, and we will provide you with sheets, towels and everything you need for your stay. Fast and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The accommodation has a small private outdoor area. Please note: Guests are required to send photos of the documents (ID or passport) for all individuals staying in the loft BEFORE check-in.
