You can use the space for covered sitting, camping or parking a vehicle. There are no beds, no water, no restroom, no kitchen and no electricity. Garage door access. Set up your tent and/or camp inside or outside. This is off grid parking and camping. Guest access This is off grid parking and camping. You will have access through the road right of way along any part of the property that your vehicle can drive through. The ground is solid but there are some soft spots. Be cautious. Ground is drivable for all types of small to large vehicles. Drive with caution.
