Newly renovated approx. 120 m² half house for up to 6 people on two levels on a beautiful farm with various animal species. Includes Wi-Fi and parking. Pets are allowed. Other things to note This modernly renovated semi-detached house with 120 m² of living space for up to 6 people is located on the Margarethental farm in the middle of the field landscapes of Goldelund. On the ground floor there is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen-living room with a large refrigerator and dishwasher. The cozy dining area invites you to have breakfast together overlooking the farm. In the spacious living room, a cozy sofa corner with a smart TV awaits you. At the large dining table, family evenings can be perfectly rounded off by playing together. Next to the guest toilet, the stairs lead up to the 1st floor. In addition to two cozy double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious shower room with a walk-in shower awaits. To protect the little ones, the stairs can be secured by a child's gate. You are also welcome to use the garden in front of and around the house to relax. The Margarethental farm offers adventure and fascination for all ages. A wide variety of chickens, ducks, horses, cows and sheep await you, some of which run freely and across the farm. The animals know the daily farm traffic by tractors and people and are very interested in guests. Feel free to bring your own pets, they are always welcome. The Margarethental farm and farm dog "Fiete" are looking forward to seeing you! We ask for a respectful treatment of and in our vacation home, as it has been renovated with great effort and lovingly furnished. Unfortunately, due to some negative experiences, we reserve the right to charge a subsequent surcharge for the final cleaning if there is a significant additional effort. Note: Linen packages (duvet covers and towels) are not included in the price and can be booked optionally for a fee.
