Cabin in Elberta

A completely renovated one bedroom cabin brings intimate and private tranquility in the middle of 13 acres! Affectionately known as, "The Shack," our little cabin has been completely refreshed to make a perfect little getaway. Perfect for a couple looking to visit Orange Beach (a short drive away) or a solo traveler looking to get away from it all. The space Freshly stained 1x6 pine wood cover every inch of the interior, providing a rustic, cabin-like feel. Upper and lower patios allow for outdoor seating and lounging, and a cozy kitchen and living room round out the space. The back patio faces a large field, where you'll see deer, birds, snakes, and the occasional wild turkey. At the north end of the field, there is a wooden deck and landing for guests to bring their own outdoor sporting equipment, such as fishing and kayaking. Please note the following: * This is a rustic log cabin and you will have to drive down a dirt road/see critters/deal with bugs on the porches. While we do our best to keep a clean and tidy space, we do not offer refunds for guests who are looking for a five-star hotel experience. * Absolutely no parties or events. * This home is not recommended for those with mobility issues or very young kids. The upstairs master is only accessible via a very narrow spiral staircase or the outside patio staircase. We recommend our other listing, The Log Cabin at Sanders Fields for larger families. * Internet/Wifi services are not currently available. We recommend guests bring a cellphone hotspot or enjoy a completely unplugged weekend away. Guest access Guests will drive down a dirt driveway. They will pass the Log Cabin (available a larger listing) to their right, then pass the Red Roof House to the left, traveling around a small land bridge until they reach The Shack.
