Beautiful rural villa near Vejer with own pool. This lovely property is the perfect spot to relax in your own villa but still be within reach of Vejer which is only 8 minutes drive and less than 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen. The villa is owned by a local farmer who will provide a basket of whatever is in season at the time for you to enjoy. The villa is modern and comfortable and has a large garden with a built BBQ ideal for enjoying lazy sunny days and long lunches. The space This is a modern house with two bedrooms and one bathroom all on one level. The house belongs to a farmer so it is a rural setting but close to Vejer, Barbate and the beaches of the Costa de la Luz. The property comes with everything you will need including a washing machine and a modern and well equipped kitchen. It also has a built in BBQ in the garden perfect for lazy days in the sun. There is private parking on the property for one car and a maximum of two pets are welcome. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole of the property. Other things to note The house is close to a working vegetable farm so you will get free produce as a bonus. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed.
