The lounge room although open is separate to the dining area where you will find a large TV and pool table great for the kids to have some fun or just to sit back relax and watch a movie. Please note that the outdoor pizza oven is not in use. Bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms located on the upper level sharing a bathroom and a sun filled north facing balcony overlooking the tennis court. There are 5 bedrooms on the ground level, 2 with ensuites and a main bathroom to share.
