The property is conveniently located within minutes of multiple shopping malls and only 15 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. The space The property has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2.5 bathrooms. Central air condition and heating, WiFi, smart Tvs and two free parking spaces at the front of the property. The main bedroom has a queen bed, 40 inch television, accent chair, walk-in closet with copious shelf space and bedside tables with lamps. The ensuite bathroom includes a bath tub and is stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner and towels. It opens out to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, built-in closet with copious shelf space, and a desk and chair if you desire to catch up on work. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub with hot water and is stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 4 burner electric stove, 2 door refrigerator, coffee maker, dinnerware and magic bullet. Complimentary coffee is provided. The adjacent dining room is stylish, yet comfortable and doubles as an area to enjoy some board games, tic tac toe or throw some darts. Step out onto the deck where you can grill up some hot dogs or burgers and enjoy the fire pit during the cool nights. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, free on-site parking, as well as a deck to the rear of the property with a fire pit and grill. Other things to note The home sleeps a maximum of 6 people. There are additional charges for each guest above 4 people. We provide a premium 20 inch queen sized air mattress for reservations exceeding 4 people. No more than the confirmed or booked guests are allowed to sleep at the apartment. Any non-confirmed guests staying in the unit between 11:59 PM to 6:00 AM will incur a fee. You will be charged $50 per night for additional guests. For your safety, various areas on the property and the entrance to the unit are under surveillance. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Violations will result in a canceled reservation and a charge to your card. Disconnecting security and surveillance devices will result in additional charges. Locked drawers and closets should not be accessed. Breaches will incur a fee of US$50 plus costs for any missing, used or damaged items. No smoking inside the home. Violation will attract a fee of $300. A grill and firepit are provided for guest use. Guests are expected to clean and cover the grill and firepit after use and return the cushions where they were found to prevent rain damage. All special requests, including daily house cleaning and late check out, are subject to availability, and additional charges will apply. Guests will be charged for any damaged or missing items in the apartment.
