Step onto your private terrace to enjoy the panoramic scenery or simply unwind with a cool drink overlooking the pool and lush garden. The villa’s shared spaces — including the infinity pool, kitchen, and open-air lounge — are designed for pure relaxation. Enjoy hammocks, a BBQ area, tropical garden, and a large terrace with ocean view. Weekly housekeeping, linen and towel changes, and evening watchman service ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay. Private parking is available, and we can help arrange optional activities such as yoga sessions, surf lessons, relaxing massages, or local adventure tours. Guest access Along with your private room, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and large balcony, you’ll enjoy access to all the villa’s spacious shared areas: a tropical garden, infinity pool with panoramic sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, and private parking. The villa has a total of 3 rooms, but in low season it often happens that there are no other reservations — meaning you may have the entire 300 m² villa all to yourself. Traveling with colleagues or friends? We’ll be happy to recommend the other two rooms so you can enjoy the villa together and share the huge spaces in full comfort. At your disposal too: yoga mats, plenty of outdoor seating, and wide open areas perfect for both relaxation and remote work. During yoga sessions, we usually suggest placing an extra mat next to yours — our friendly cat loves to join and will soon settle down peacefully on her own mat, as she always does. During your stay Emanuela, your host, is available in English, Italian, French, and Spanish. We have a private well, so water will never run out, and all showers have reliable hot water — no cold surprises! For your safety, we use a chlorine-based tab system to protect surfaces from bacteria, plus two professional water filters. This means you can even brush your teeth with tap water without concern. So while some travelers in Las Terrenas might catch a “tropical stomach” elsewhere, you’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing you’ve chosen the right home. 💦 Crystal-Clear Drinking Water 💦 For drinking, a dispenser with instant cold, hot, or room-temperature water is always available, supplied with reverse osmosis purified bottles. Perfect for refreshing tropical juices or a hot tea whenever you wish. 🏊 Safe & Sparkling Pool 🏊 Our infinity pool is professionally maintained twice a week, with pH and chlorine levels carefully monitored. This means the water is always clean, fresh, and safe. --- ⚡ Electricity Costs Electricity is billed separately, based on usage, and the cost is shared among guests staying in the 3 rooms. On average, the villa’s monthly electricity bill is around 6,000 DOP (\~\$100 / \~€93) so about 31 Eur per Each room. The amount may vary depending on usage. --- 💵 Long Stays For stays longer than 2 weeks, we kindly request a refundable \$200 deposit, which will be returned after room inspection at check-out. --- 🏡 Community & Care We built this home with love and care in 2023, and we invite you to feel at home, enjoy shared moments with other guests, and treat the space with the same affection we put into creating it, don't hesitate to suggest us enhancements for improving your stay. ❤️ --- 🌐 Wi-Fi & Connectivity Starlink satellite WiFi is included (AVG 88 Mbps download / 9 Mbps upload). On rare, very cloudy days, you may experience temporary slowdowns. For remote work or backup, we recommend bringing a local SIM card (Claro usually offers good plans whih cover any hotspot need with 15 dollars per month plan (1082 pesos monthly plan). --- 🧳 Things to Keep in Mind 🚗 You’ll need a vehicle (scooter, quad, or car) to get around.
