Located on the third floor with a double bedroom with TV. A bathroom with a window, a living area with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, free wifi, TV, and a nice balcony. Air conditioning. Towels, sheets, wipes, liquid hand soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided. Close to all services: cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pharmacies, shops, churches and the city center. The bus station is 250 meters away. Alicante airport can be reached in 40 minutes by car. Guest access Access to the apartment via elevator. The entire apartment is available for guests' use. For safety reasons, bicycles and scooters are not allowed inside the building and in the apartment. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people and is not suitable for children under the age of 2. Other things to note Minors under 18 years of age may stay ONLY when accompanied by a parent. With Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests must provide their personal data and show their ID.
