The space The apartment will welcome you with a bright and cozy living room, consisting of a sofa bed for two more guests and a reading and TV area for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, and a practical dining table makes this space ideal for working or sharing a good meal with friends. The double bedroom, separated from the living area, offers privacy and tranquility, ensuring a regenerating sleep. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the services, allowing you to enjoy an evening in total relaxation. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway, as well as for families or groups of friends discovering Milan. Tourist attractions and parking lots within walking distance: 📍 The Ortica murals can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot: walking among the works will allow you to immerse yourself in local history and traditions. 📍Forlanini Park, ideal for running or having a picnic, is about a 15-20 minute walk away, offering you an oasis of greenery in the city. 📍If you want to get closer to the historic center of Milan, you can get to the Piazza San Babila/Duomo area by public transport in about 25-30 minutes 🅿️Near Via Privata Luigi Borgomainerio, parking is free and convenient (both on the street and in guarded lots), which is useful if you prefer to travel by car or if you have visitors. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFO Check-in available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Check-in is not possible after this time. ASSISTANCE Our customer service is available every day 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (Italian time). An AI chatbot will respond to you immediately, but at any time you can type "operator" to talk to a person on our team. ONLINE CHECK-IN (required) To access the apartment, you must complete the check-in on the portal by uploading a valid document (passport). This is a legal obligation in Italy (art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.) which requires us to communicate the data to the competent authorities. TOURIST TAX If required by the Municipality, payment of the tourist tax may be required upon arrival (art. 4 of Legislative Decree 23/2011). Amount, exemptions and maximum duration depend on local regulations. RESPONSIBLE USE OF THE HOUSE 1) You will find a small welcome kit upon arrival (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel), there is no daily supply. 2) Dispose of waste according to the instructions and containers provided. 3) Use air conditioning and heating responsibly: keep doors/windows closed and turn them off when you leave. 4) Leave dishes and pots clean and be careful not to stain towels or textiles. 5) Any damage, loss, or failure to return the equipment will be charged according to the repair or replacement costs. MAINTENANCE AND UNEXPECTED EVENTS Report any discrepancies in cleaning or equipment within 2 hours of entry to allow us to take immediate action. Failures of external suppliers (electricity, gas, water, internet), condominium works or urban noise do not depend on us, but we will always do our best to assist you and reduce the inconvenience.
