A tall dresser with 40 inch Smart TV is provided. - Office desk in nook with chair - Walk-in closet with hangers - Connected bathroom with single vanity, updated wallpaper/flooring, tub/shower combo with shower curtain, and towels provided 2ND Bedroom (upstairs): Cozy Queen bed with super comfortable Zinus mattress and duvet comforter - long dresser - 2 end tables with sconce lights on the wall - Closet with hangers - 32 inch Smart TV 3RD Bedroom - Full + Twin bunk bed setup with duvet comforters and Zinus mattresses - Study desk with chair - 5 drawer tall dresser - 32 inch Smart TV BATHROOM - upstairs shower bathroom with tub and single vanity sink. LIVING ROOM - 60 inch Smart TV with media console and DVD player - 2 large leather sitting chairs - one 3 seater velvet sofa - nesting marble top coffee table and end tables - large cozy rug KITCHEN/DINING ROOM - Large circle marble dining room table and 8 leather chairs - under the stairs storage with vacuum and cleaning supplies - All pots/pans and basic cooking materials - designated pantry space with door - Curtesy Keurig cups (don't provide refills during stay) with built-in coffee maker (guest needs to provide their own coffee) - large farm-style stainless steel sink overlooking kitchen window (has disposal system) - initial dish soap provided (no refills provided during stay). - Mudroom coat hanging area next to back door next to kitchen LAUNDRY - washer and dryer provided in laundry room next to kitchen/backdoor (laundry basket provided with 2 wash pods/2 dryer sheets). HALF BATH (downstairs) -pedestal vanity with shelf above toilet and feature wallpaper design. BACKYARD - Enclosed backyard with dog run - Twinkle lights and patio table for 4 with gas BBQ (you may need to switch out the propane if empty and send me the receipt for reimbursement) - Detached 2 car garage with storage (but please don't try to open the cleaners cabinet which is locked). Just a 2 minute walk to the park with 2 playgrounds, picnic tables, and tons of shade! *Once per month of housekeeping cleaning (for month long stays only) at no additional cost is part of your reservation. Guest access Entire property including: - 2 car garage - enclosed backyard space with dog run - entire driveway (can park 4 cars comfortably) - Neighborhood park around the corner, which is part of the community. There is a smartlock with code that will be provided upon booking and a garage remote provided as well to guests to access the garage. Other things to note There is a dog run with fencing/gate at the back of the property behind the garage for guests with pets.
