You will need the FOB to gain access to this level in the lift. The pool, gym and barbeque area are located on the 5th floor. Please use it in accordance with the strata management rules and be respectful of others. The pool/BBQ area is open to use from 6 am to 10 pm daily and the gym is open for 24hr use. Use of glass in any common area in the building is prohibited due to the work, health and safety risks that this presents. There are CCTV cameras present outside the apartment in the Common Property areas of the building. - We would like you to be aware that some work is being done on the building, which may result in abseilers outside the windows in the daytime between July and September 2025 - this may not affect our apartment; however, we would like to let you know this so that you can ensure your privacy.
