The inviting front deck, complete with a cozy porch swing, sets the perfect tone for your visit. Inside, distressed laminate wood flooring enriches the living areas, while a decorative hand-painted wood-burning fireplace (out of use) takes center stage, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each of our guest rooms is designed with your comfort in mind. The first two guest rooms feature comfortable queen-size beds and a modern contemporary design, ensuring a good night’s rest. These two rooms share a welcoming bathroom complete with a tub, subway tiles, and basket weave flooring, adding a touch of sophistication to your stay. The master suite boasts a full-size bed, a well-appointed bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an adjacent laundry enclave for your convenience. KITCHEN: For those who love to cook—or enjoy the comforts of home-cooked meals—our open kitchen exudes modern luxury. It’s fully equipped with shaker-style cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a custom wooden chef's island. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner, you’ll find all the tools and cookware you need. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, and standard dish soap for your stay. Please bring your own body soap, shampoo, and high-efficiency (HE) laundry detergent if you plan to use the washer. ENTERTAINMENT: Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku 4K TV, and the living room features a 50-inch Roku smart TV—perfect for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite shows. We also provide board games and cards to help you create special memories with friends and family. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire house. This includes the designated gravel parking area on the right side of the home. Additionally, the home has a fenced-in yard, which you are free to utilize. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, our home is equipped with three exterior Ring cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras inside the home. Please ensure to park on the gravel driveway directly on the side of the home. If additional street parking is necessary, please park ONLY directly in front of our house to avoid blocking any neighbor's home access.
