Book the Entire Complex for an Exclusive Experience With 8 independent Domu, Tanca de Mar is the perfect place for a private getaway, to celebrate special events, or simply to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Sardinia. By booking the entire complex, you can enjoy the exclusivity of a paradise corner, far from any distractions, with the opportunity to create unforgettable memories with friends and family. Guest access Guests have access to the entire Tanca de Mar Complex consisting of 8 Domu, garden and swimming pool. The city tax must be paid at check-in. Other things to note Check-in takes place at the apartment. Check-in is guaranteed until 8pm. After this time, depending on the availability of the host, you can be welcomed until 10pm but a late check-in fee must be paid during the welcoming phase. At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental. Check-in is free of charge from 15 to 20. Late check-in is subject to a surcharge: from 20 to midnight of 30 €. Please note for long-term reservations (over 29 nights) it is necessary, at the check-in, to sign rental and a service agreement and to have an Italian tax number (codice fiscale). Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. In case of violation a penalty of 200 € will be charged. Pets are not allowed.
