Close to the city center. 2 secure parking spaces. Supermarket 3 min away. TOULON shopping mall 10 min away. Many beaches 5 minutes away by car. In July and August, bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights. The space The accommodation is located on the 1st floor, accessed by a separate entrance. Large living room of 40 m2 open to the south terrace and view of the wooded garden. Comfortable kitchen with 1 large refrigerator with freezer, electric oven + electric stove and microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Living room equipped with TV and WIFI. Air conditioning. Spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we ask you to leave the place as clean as you found it on arrival. Sheets, towels, tea towels, plaids, bath mats are provided. Bath towels (beach or pool) are not provided. Products for maintenance of the apartment are provided; bucket, shovel, broom, mop, vacuum cleaner. The pool is available in July and August only.
