"La Scierie" Country house

We bought this old sawmill in 2016, and since then we have been gradually refurbishing it to our liking. This house is full of stories; for example, it made it possible to distribute electricity to the whole village. The sawmill is set on almost 7 hectares of meadow bordered by a very pretty river, the Drée. 3 dogs, 5 horses, 1 pig, 2 cats, chickens and a rooster roam freely and in harmony on the grounds. The space The accommodation consists of its independent entrance, it leads to the toilet, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. I provide dishwashing liquid, sponges, garbage bags, condiments, etc. We have a TV and a DVD player, with a good hundred DVDs. Upstairs, there are 2 pretty bedrooms, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed, or a 140 double bed. The bedroom opposite is a master bedroom, with a reading area, a sleeping area with a 160 memory foam bed and a shower area, separated by a claustra. It's a shower with a tub, very convenient for bathing children and not getting water everywhere. The configuration of these two bedrooms and shower area is more suitable for a family or 2 couples who know each other very well. The accommodation is adjacent to our residential house but the entrances and outdoor space are sufficiently separated to have maximum tranquility. Other things to note We are happy to accept your pets, however, I ask that you keep your pet attached during all outings, even in the garden and yard. Our chickens and cats are free everywhere, so to avoid an accident, a leash is mandatory. Thank you in advance!
