This apartment is located in a small, charming building on the ground floor. To access, enter through the lobby and follow the corridor to the back, where you will find the door with electric lock. Parking: Enjoy free parking for 1 car with automated entry. Please note that only cars and medium-sized vans (such as Yukon and Suburban; vans with a box do not fit) can enter. Surroundings: The area is quiet and residential, offering a pleasant atmosphere throughout the neighborhood, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. We're here to make your stay comfortable and memorable! Other things to note Important Apartment Details: • Ideal Location: Our apartment is in front of a park, perfect for walking or jogging. Enjoy a safe and quiet area, with multiple shops within easy reach, many of them just a few steps away. • Concierge: There is a concierge in the building who takes care of cleaning and surveillance. I will be available and attentive during your stay for any questions or situations. • Luggage: Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, for safety reasons. Luggage drop-off with the concierge is not allowed. • Keys and Parking Control: Make sure to leave the apartment keys and parking control in the right place. Losing the control carries a $1600 fee and $500 for the key. • House Rules: No smoking and no pets. Failure to do so may result in a $1200 fine. • Water Heater: The water heater is a tankless one. To get hot water, just open the hot water faucet. If it is very hot, open the cold one a little to regulate the temperature. • Compliance with Rules: Follow the rules of the place, as any violation may result in fines that will be charged to you.
