Newly constructed beach house with gorgeous views and lots of space. The roof deck provides amazing views of the marsh and ocean, which is a 3 minute walk. Entire home has Sonos, including under the house, which has a sauna, the 1st and 2nd floor decks. The living room features a see-thru fireplace, which is shared with the deck. The first floor includes a game room featuring a 12' shuffleboard table, foosball, arcade center, and bumper pool/card table combo, as well as a theater room. The space From the entry way you'll find a dumbwaiter to take your luggage & groceries up for you, and a closet full of beach games, chairs, sand toys and anything else for a day on the beach. The back door provides easy access to the outdoor shower, sauna and picnic table. The under-house area is wired for sound. It is also fully enclosed with screen curtains during the summer so it can be enjoyed even if the bugs are out. The first floor includes the bunk bedroom (5 twin bunks), a master bedroom (king), office/bedroom (full), a game room including a 12' Brunswick shuffle board table, Tornado foosball table, bumper pool/card table combo, arcade center, wet bar, Sono's sound system, and theater room (also Sonos, 5.1). This floor also features a covered deck wired for sound. The second floor features two master bedrooms, dining room with an amazing view and living room, which features a see-thru gas fireplace. The dining area leads to a deck, which provides convenient access to a Weber grill and is wired for sound. The queen bedroom includes a balcony with ocean views and pocket door access to the bathroom (jack & jill). The king bedroom also includes a balcony with an oversized walk-in shower. Our 40x30' roof deck provides amazing views of the ocean and marsh, which can be enjoyed from a comfy sectional that seats 6 comfortably and another 6 on the high-top table. Amazing sunrises on the ocean side, and equally amazing sunsets on the marsh side. Amenity summary: - Sonos sound system. Stereo sound under the house, 1st and 2nd floor decks and game room. There are two very reliable rental companies we can refer that provide online booking, delivery and pickup. Other things to note Our favorite part about this location is that if feels like a private beach. It is rare that anyone else will be set up within 50-100 yards of our access point, which is just across the street. The second really cool thing about our home is the lot size. Thanks to it's size you get a lot more privacy than most other homes. Watching storms roll through from the living and dining room, or the fireworks displays from Jersey, Rehoboth and Lewes cannot be explained, see for yourself.
