This is a beautiful, freshly remodeled two bedroom apartment just outside of East Aurora. It has a big back porch that overlooks the property. Close to Moog, Fisher Price and the Gow School, this apartment has two bedrooms, a living room and large dine-in kitchen. We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and the Buffalo Ski Center, and 20 minutes to the Bills Stadium. We’re a quick 30 minute drive to the City of Buffalo and 40 minutes to Niagara Falls. Our Airbnb is just outside of East Aurora, in a semi-rural setting. It is one of three side by side apartments in a single story house. This Airbnb is the center apartment and has a private entrance. There is a large shared driveway for parking. There is a beautiful, updated kitchen, a nice deep bathtub for baths, and two comfortable bedrooms. The porch is a wonderful spot to relax and watch the sun go down, or to sit with your laptop and get some work done. (There's a nice, strong wifi signal back there.) Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. There is no yard access with this apartment, but it has a lovely, huge porch that overlooks the back property which includes a small organic blueberry patch. If you're an early riser, you'll likely see deer, maybe some sheep if they escaped from our neighbor, and if you're very lucky, a family of foxes. Hosts are off site but available when needed. We have self check-in and out with a Smart Lock. We live off site, but are often out back working on the property. During the warmer months, there is usually a fair amount of outdoor maintenance happening in the back property - gardening, landscaping, general summer upkeep. Mostly, the kind of work you would be doing on your own property in the summer. If you see us, please feel comfortable saying hi! We like to give our guests privacy for their stay, but if we see you while we're out there, we'll say hello! This is a quiet rural setting on a small organic blueberry farm. Although we're very close to downtown East Aurora, the night time sky is dark and full of stars. The apartment is a five minute drive to the heart of East Aurora and a 25 minute drive into downtown Buffalo. The Gow School is just 2 minutes away. There is a large shared driveway for your use. Absolutely no parties. We expect guests to be respectful of the other guests and tenants in the building.
