Rental unit in South Wales

This is a beautiful, freshly remodeled two bedroom apartment just outside of East Aurora. It has a big back porch that overlooks the property. Close to Moog, Fisher Price and the Gow School, this apartment has two bedrooms, a living room and large dine-in kitchen. We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and the Buffalo Ski Center, and 20 minutes to the Bills Stadium. We’re a quick 30 minute drive to the City of Buffalo and 40 minutes to Niagara Falls. The space Our Airbnb is just outside of East Aurora, in a semi-rural setting. It is one of three side by side apartments in a single story house. This Airbnb is the center apartment and has a private entrance. There is a large shared driveway for parking. There is a beautiful, updated kitchen, a nice deep bathtub for baths, and two comfortable bedrooms. The porch is a wonderful spot to relax and watch the sun go down, or to sit with your laptop and get some work done. (There's a nice, strong wifi signal back there.) Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. There is no yard access with this apartment, but it has a lovely, huge porch that overlooks the back property which includes a small organic blueberry patch. If you're an early riser, you'll likely see deer, maybe some sheep if they escaped from our neighbor, and if you're very lucky, a family of foxes. Other things to note Absolutely no parties. We expect guests to be respectful of the other guests and tenants in the building. In the winter, please be aware that we are off site and do not provide shoveling of the walkway during your stay. We have a plowing service for the driveway, but we do not shovel the walkway to the door. We do have a shovel on site if guests care to shovel during their stay.
