Welcome to our turn-of-the-century villa Karlshaga. With its large rooms, well-equipped modern kitchen, nice light and more than 3 meters of ceiling height on the entrance floor, there is plenty of space to make this the base of your holiday or business trip in Sweden. Here you have 30 minutes by car to Stockholm C, close to public transport, grocery stores and the center of Södertälje with its shopping. The space We are on a renovation journey. Therefore, some of the rooms are completely renovated, while others are still waiting to get a new coat of paint or a sanded floor. But everything included in the accommodation is fully usable. The area you use is approx. 220 sqm (2360sqf), in a house that is over 400 sqm (4305sqf) in total. OBS, during school breaks (summer, christmas, two weeks in spring and one in autumn) the house is empty. During ordinary working weeks we live in the other part of the house. Our place is separated from yours and we do not share anything. When you enter the hall, you are greeted by a fireplace and an area with 6 meter floor to ceiling. Other rooms on entrance floor are the living room, master bedroom, dining room and the new kitchen. This suits the large family or if you e.g. are two families. Located near Södertälje C in an environment mixed with villas and residential buildings. Guest access Visitors or additional guests other than those included in the reservation must be notified and approved in advance by the host. The house is suitable for a meeting with friends and family, and also for a company trip, but we want to take good care of our neighbors and that they are respected.
