Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke. The space Construction was completed in August 2023. The Cabin boasts an abundance of eco-friendly and natural materials: reclaimed maple hardwood floors, sheep's wool insulation, clay paint, local cherry trim, local hemlock siding, local cedar posts, reclaimed slate roofing tiles (shower and hearth wall), local flagstone (hearth), ishibatate (Japanese style) scribed wooden posts on local quartz stone, and more! Outside, you can relax under the stars in the Hot Springs Jetsetter Hot Tub. The interior is thoughtfully appointed with a cozy sofa, custom zebra wood dining table, a dreamy mattress, and quality linens. The Cabin is heated and cooled by a mini-split heat pump. In the winter, the mini wood stove adds ambience and heat (and can even be used exclusively to heat the space). The Cabin was built with energy efficiency in mind; it is very well insulated and stays comfortable in all weather. The Cabin is located on a gravel driveway off a gravel road. You shouldn't have any issues accessing the property, regardless of your vehicle (the exception being 2WD vehicles that are towing some sort of trailer). Motorcyclists should be very careful on the gravel. The Cabin is just a short walk up the hill from the parking area (about 150 feet). If you have limited mobility, or if you have heavy bags, you are welcome to drive all the way up to the Cabin (only if your vehicle can handle it!). Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin. Guests may also use the washer and dryer located in the workshop on the basement level of the house next door (enter through the big wooden door facing the driveway).
