The accommodation has been ecologically built since 2023. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed for 2 people and on the elevation, the bedroom with a king-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and electric hob, and there is also an outdoor kitchen where there is a gas stove. You will also find a washing machine here. Under the pinetta, you will find a nice shade on warm summer days, where you can relax in a hammock. There are also 2 cats on the property. Nuro and recently his white girlfriend, they stay outside, in their own cottage. Do not feel obligated to let them in or take care of them, they automatically get food and drink. Outside there is also a separate room with another bedroom with 3 single beds (1 bunk bed and 1 freestanding). This will only be open for bookings with more than 2 people. The swimming pool is still being worked on, so unfortunately it is not yet usable. However, the BBQ is available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. However, at the back of the property there is a large (enclosed) well. Do not let your children go there unsupervised. When renting to more than 2 people, the 2nd (separate) bedroom is also open for use. If you are with a large group of more than 7 people, we have a partnership with another location in Donori less than 1 km away. Please contact us to discuss this possibility. Other things to note In Italy, it is legally required to register guests with the local authorities. Therefore, we ask for a copy of identification the day before arrival.
