Rent a room in the midst of our everyday family life! The small room is on the ground floor of our 2,5 floor terraced house. The room is next to the main door. Our guest can use a small toilet that is located on the other side of the corridor from the room, and on the second floor, shared showers and the kitchen. As an area, Kulosaari is like a small village in the archipelago but located close to the centre of Helsinki. There is free parking on the street in the area. Welcome as our guest! The space There is 166 m2 in our apartment, and we are renting a small guest room on the ground floor. As our guest you spend time in the room without disturbance. On the ground floor next to the guest room there is the entrance hall, a small toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and a children's room, in which our one- and four-year-old daughters sleep usually calmly. The entrance to the apartment is next to the guest room. On the second floor there are the kitchen and dining room, the parents' bedroom, a small bathroom, a tv room and a bigger bathroom and sauna. The bigger bathroom and sauna, and the kitchen are available for your use (to be shared with us). Guest access As our guest you can spend time in the apartment in the midst of our everyday family life. On the other hand, you can also spend your time in the room you've rented in peace. During your stay We are happy to help you during your visit, and if you want, you can enjoy your meals with us. Other things to note The bed sofa is 140 cm when made to a bed, but the mattress that we use on top is 120 cm wide. Two adults can sleep in the sofa bed if you are a couple, otherwise we recommend the room for one. In the apartment lives two adults and two children. The kids are girls aged one and four years old. The youngest goes to sleep at around 7 pm and the older at around 8 pm, and they sleep mainly calmly. With kids you cannot however avoid some nightly awakening. Our family wakes up at around 7 am, after which there is noise in the apartment.
