Den Zoeten Inval is a large, attractive, quietly located, very spacious farm in the cozy village of Geldermalsen, within walking distance of the beautiful fortified town of Buren. A lovely place to explore the beautiful Betuwe. Think of the romantic river De Linge and the cozy cities of Culemborg, Tiel and Gorinchem. The space The farm "Den Zoeten Inval" is centrally located in the beautiful Betuwe. From here you can explore a large part of the Netherlands. The farm is located in the oldest street of Geldermalsen, dates from the early 1900s and was completely renovated around 2000 in the historic style. The house has two private front doors, a garden and a combi central heating boiler for central heating and hot water. In the spacious, bright living room, you can relax on the comfortable corner sofa, by the fireplace and the large flat-screen TV with many channels and Netflix. The dining area seats 6 people. In the very spacious kitchen, there is a 110 cm wide gas stove with 5 gas burners (including a wok burner), a grill plate and 2 ovens. Here you can also sit comfortably at the antique dining area and have a beautiful view of the garden. So enjoy cooking together or with your cooking club. On the ground floor, you will also find a separate toilet. In the house, 3 fans are available for cooling on hot days. The total house is about 150 m2 BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM On the second floor, you will find 2 very spacious and bright bedrooms: • Blue bedroom: a lits jumeaux bed of 180 x 200 cm, with two separate mattresses of 90x200 cm and an extendable sofa bed with two separate mattresses of 80 x 200 cm. These 4 beds have 4 separate single duvets of 140 x 200 cm. • Yellow bedroom: a double bed with a mattress of 140 x 200 cm and a double duvet of 200 x 200 cm. Here you will also find a large walk-in closet with sink, a desk and an armchair. • In the walk-in closet, there is a camping bed with mattress and duvet and a high chair. • You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for €12 p.p. The beds are then made and you receive 2 towels per person and a kitchen set (towel, tea towel, dish towel) per stay. • On the second floor, there is also the spacious, modern bathroom with (rain) shower and sanibroyeur toilet. Here you will find a washer/dryer combination. GARDEN You have a front garden and a sunny backyard for yourself. In the backyard, there is a lounge set and behind the large palm tree, a table with chairs under the veranda. Even if it rains, you can enjoy a drink or a snack here.
