All the amenities costal living has to offer are right at your fingertips! Newly renovated, stylishly decorated and stocked with all the necessities for your perfect getaway. The space The spacious living area opens up to a private screened-in balcony with an expansive view that overlooks a beautiful community pond and swimming pool. With a fully equipped kitchen, you will have every essential you need to enjoy preparing meals at home. This third floor unit has vaulted ceilings and provides an abundance of natural light with an airy feel. The home is equipped with cable and high-speed internet. You are: ~ 1 mile to the Intracoastal Waterway (enjoy waterfront dining, casino boats, dolphin tours etc) ~ 5 miles to Cherry Grove Beach ~6 miles to North Myrtle Beach ~7 miles to NMB Sports Complex ~ 8 miles to Sunset Beach ~ 10 miles to Barefoot Landing ~14 miles to Ocean Isle Beach ~15 mile radius, there are 51 golf courses Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo. The unit is on the third floor and accessible by stairs - there are no elevators. The swimming pool is located right outside the building, which can be seen from the balcony. Washer and dryer are also included. Other things to note Our home is located in a safe, quiet community with mostly permanent residents. Please respect the neighbors and condo as if it were your own. Absolutely NO smoking. This includes the breezeway in front and the screened-in balcony. If there is evidence of smoking, there will be a $300 fine. NO pets are permitted at all. The HOA does not allow guests to have pets. Nightly quiet time hours are between 10 pm - 8 am. House parties and gatherings, loud music, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. There are no elevators. No motorcycles, trailers, boats, or golf carts are allowed in the community. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we maintain a strict occupancy limit of 5 guests maximum at all times. The pool is open seasonally (April 15th- October 31st). Please do not hang towels or clothing over the front railing. Please bring your own beach gear, these items are not provided. Two free parking spaces are available.
