Located in the McCalla area, this stylish place to stay is perfect for 1 to 10 people, including kids or babies. This 3 bedroom home hosts lots of extra and cool amenities. From an in ground trampoline, kids playground, two dens with 5 Smart TV's in all living areas and bedrooms. Great get away for couple, family or friends. Right in the middle of Hoover/Tuscaloosa/Birmingham this area sits just off Exit 1 on I459 near shopping, entertainment, sports, food and more. The space Open floor plan boasting an extremely large den/kitchen/dining area, with 2nd den/play room for family or kids. The sofa's do not have beds, but extra long and great for sleeping as well. In main den there are a total of 6 recliners (1 on each end of the 2 couches) and 2 individual recliners in the middle. Electric (romantic) fireplace in main den and gas fireplace in guest den. Guest den sofa is comfortable as well and has recliner at each end. The extremely large Master Suite has a Sleep Number adjustable bed, large smart TV and an amazing on-suite bath with separate soaking tub and oversized tile shower with double sinks and separate water closet. Apart from the kitchen/den/dining is a 2nd den which leads to the two guest rooms that share a nice size full bath. The first Guest Room contains queen bed (with optional toddler rails) as well as a small crib and the 2nd Guest Room has a full bed. Both equipped with Smart TVs. There are also 2 blow up mattress if you prefer over the extra large sofas/recliners. You may not need it on your stay, but there's a very spacious laundry room and a half bath down the hall. This is a smart home with speakers and options to truly enjoy. Guest access Master & Guest Bedrooms, 2 Dens, 2 1/2 Baths and Laundry. The front porch and back decks are perfect for nice relaxing evenings with a glass of wine or hot cup of coffee in the fresh morning air. There is a separate loft and garage that are rented out to others, but each has its own entrance and access. Other things to note This is one of our personal homes. There are areas that are marked and/or locked. There are locks and sensors on most of them. Please be respectful and do not open, pry or try to open as if any sensors are tripped and/or locks broken there is a minimum of a $50 repair fee and we will ask that you leave if sensor is tripped. Please Note: There is 2-3 dishwasher pods provided as well as 1-2 rolls of toilet tissue per stay. There are no laundry supplies provided. If you will be needing more, you may want to bring your favorite kinds. We also do not provide soaps and shampoos. We try to keep the costs down so that we can price our property so more can enjoy all it has to offer!
