Garden Nest Burrow is a private garden level studio with a separate entrance, cozy queen bed and lovely kitchenette located in the beautiful Powderhorn Park neighborhood. Your place is one block from Powderhorn Park, and a few blocks from great restaurants. Located in the middle of south Minneapolis, you have equal access to the river/ University of Minnesota to the east, downtown to the north, chain of lakes/ uptown to the west and the airport/ Mall of America to the south. The space This fully furnished garden level studio suite includes a queen-sized futon/bed, a work desk/entertainment table, a beautiful built-in storage unit and cabinets, kitchenette, tiled bathroom, on-site laundry, access to a shared backyard space with an outdoor dining area, play structure and fire pit. This space is finished and is approximately 325 Sq Ft. The back half of the basement is about 475 Sq Ft and is shared for the laundry area and accessed via the door to the backyard. AC is not included but we have an oscillating fan to help keep guest cool in the summer. Heat is provided via our furnace and we have plenty of warm blankets during colder stays in the winter. Guest access Guests have direct access to the front half of the garden level private studio via keyless entry on the north side of the house. This space is finished and you can expect complete privacy. The unit is a cozy space that works well for a couple and their pet. I live in the 1st floor unit with my wife and our 2 school-aged children (7 and 9) whom you may hear at times during the day.
