The 28 m2 apartment contains a large bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom and a kitchen with a view of the private garden, for maximum tranquility. The space The 28 m² unit includes a spacious BD with a very cozy 140/200 bed, a coffee table, ottoman, bedside table, and warm lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a round table with two chairs for meals. Two additional chairs can be made available on request if you wish to receive guests for lunch or dinner. There is also a Nespresso machine as well as the basic amenities and consumables you need for your stay. An initial supply of essential products is provided at the beginning of the stay. Including, in particular, bathroom and kitchen supplies (toilet paper, coffee, tea, dishwashing liquid, etc.) For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing these products. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment. They can also use the washing machine located in the basement, accessible through the common areas of the building (going down the stairs, first right). A clothesline is provided next to the machine to allow laundry to be dried after washing. Other things to note From the apartment, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of a charming private garden, which contributes to the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the premises. However, this garden is reserved for private use and is not accessible to guests.
