In a quite environment, it is the ideal place for couples, friends or business travelers. The space The accommodation is a cosy studio of 26 m2 (19m2 main floor + 7m2 mezzanine) located on the fourth and last floor (no elevator) of a typical building, in the heart of Paris. The apartment is perfectly isolated and is located in a quiet inner courtyard. In the main floor, you will find: - Entering the apartment, an open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, hobs, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses) / the washing machine with dryer is there too. - A cosy bar for two - a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, electric towel-rack and hair dryer - the living room facing south, with its sofa, coffee table and a HD TV with over 300 channels The 7m2 sleeping area in the mezzanine is accessible with a step-ladder (so not necessarily suitable for children of all ages / Low ceiling height +/- 130cm).
