The Glückliche Kuh-Villa is not a place of hustle and bustle – but a place that breathes. A house full of light, warmth, naturalness and fine tranquility. The panoramic apartment with the Sunrise Loft offers you a stylish, spacious atmosphere for special times – whether it's a time-out, seminar or a journey of the heart. 🐄 Room layout & sleeping places – lovingly designed: • Bedroom 1: Cozy double bed – retreat overlooking the countryside • Bedroom 2: Bunk bed for two + single bed – ideal for small groups • Sunrise Loft: The largest room – at the same time a spacious living room and cozy sleeping area in one  - Double bed in the alcove  – Gallery with 3 additional sleeping places – almost like under the star tent ✨ 🐾 In addition, there are two lovingly furnished areas for you to linger: • A cozy eat-in kitchen in the panoramic area – perfect for cooking, feasting, talking & laughing together. • The Sunrise Loft itself – a place of exchange, silence and well-being – living room and retreat at the same time. 🛁 Two bathrooms ensure a relaxed mood: • A bathroom with a walk-in shower, • Another with a walk-in shower and beautiful bathtub for extended moments of relaxation. 🚾 In addition, you will find a separate guest toilet in the panoramic apartment – practical and pleasant for small groups. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need – from breakfast to midnight treats. 🌳 The garden: A quiet natural idyll with terrace, secluded places, dragonflies and an open-air barbecue area. 💧 Special highlight: The natural biotope swimming pond with a view – no chlorine, no frills, but gentle immersion in a piece of nature. A bath in balance. 🌿 Space for up to 10 people who are looking for the real thing, love the simple and want to feel something special – whether for retreats, seminars, mindful team days or simply for being. Guest access 🔑 Access & arrival Arriving here can be easy. Check-in is contactless via a key box – the code will be provided to you in advance. The panoramic apartment with the Sunrise Loft can be reached via the common hallway through the conservatory – into your personal feel-good area. The garden is exclusively available to you – with seating, pond, goldfish and sunny retreats. 🐄 Note with a wink: Occasionally our housekeeper Arne lives in the right area of the hallway. He is usually on the move – but if he is there, he has his own small terrace by the garden and pool. And if you like, you can greet him with a friendly "Mooooo." 🐮 Other things to note Connected to the mooooooother – safe surfing on the data pasture 🐮📡 Everything is also superbly networked on our pasture: Thanks to the fiber optic connection, you can surf with us cow-fast and securely – without any herd stress. Your own device establishes a protected, private connection – no other cow is guaranteed to look over your shoulder. 🐄🔒 Kuhltainment at its best – even in rainy weather ☔🎬 Whether in the sunshine or when it's raining outside: Our smart TVs bring the whole world of entertainment to your screen with Zattoo, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Cozy blanket, popcorn, favorite movie – and it's a movie night to remember. And if you like to gamble: Just connect your device to the big screen and play your game on the big data pasture. This is where country idyll meets streaming happiness – moo-tastic and cozy! 💚 In conclusion... This villa is more than just a house.
