The studio is adjacent to the owners' home who love peace and quiet. All on a plot planted with Mediterranean plants. Duvet cover, dish towels, cleaning products and dishes included. The space Studio with heating/air conditioning by heat pump. On the ground floor: Kitchen equipped with induction stove and range hood, filter coffee machine, SENSEO, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment, dishes and cooking utensils available in the cupboards. A table, 4 chairs and a TV. A small sitting area with a sofa bed. Bathroom: It includes a sink, toilet and walk-in shower, for your comfort there is also a towel dryer. Mezzanine: Access via a miller ladder with a ramp. 1 bed of 140 (recent bedding) with duvet, pillows. Bedding is provided and the bed is made upon your arrival. There is a skylight (with a blackout curtain) that brings natural light, a TV is also available. Exterior: An unoverlooked terrace with table, chairs and an ashtray for smokers (no smoking inside). Guest access the location for the vehicle is in our yard which is closed by an electric gate (code and remote control provided).
