Welcome to our cozy fenced in home nestled in the heart of Columbiana, Alabama. We are located just two miles from the Shelby Co. Court House. Fifteen minutes from multiple interstates every way you turn. We are ten minutes away from Lay Lake, wedding venues, wine vineyards, Shelby Co. Art Council/Concert Hall and so much more. This home is a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main floor that sleeps 7 people at this time. -Leading upstairs we have a glass panel door that will be (locked) at this time at the top of the stairs that has two additional large bedrooms, and full bathrooms upstairs that we are currently working to repaint, and fully furnish so we are able to open our home to larger groups that come into town for fishing, ball tournaments or families gatherings needing a little extra room to spread out. We are looking at giving people more options when it comes to renting a home that will hopefully fit everyone’s budget and needs. Not everyone need a home that holds 13 guests, so we are hoping to make this home functional for everyone in the near future. -The garage at this time will also be (locked). We run two ABNB and currently storing items at this this location that will be used in the future. This home has two parking spots in front of the garage, and can easily park 2/3 more in front of the house on the street. This home has a gated fenced in yard with a small outdoor patio with lights. We have a basketball goal in the driveway if you need to run off some energy. We are just a message or phone call away. We can usually be there within the hour or less. Family friendly neighborhood at the beginning of a cul-de-sac with a basketball goal in my driveway and one at the end of the road that kids are welcome to use.
