If you are not a student we won't be able to accommodate you. The space Powis Place is in the perfect location, within walking distance from The University of Aberdeen – and just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. There’s even a bus stop right outside your accommodation putting the city’s attractions and Robert Gordon University within easy reach! When it’s time to chill out, relax in our comfy communal spaces, catch your fave show on TV and have a chit-chat with your friends. There is also a bike storage on-site. 🛌 Private Bright Bedroom The ensuite bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and high-quality linen for you to sink into after a long day's sightseeing. We also have a 24-hour guest experience team, so you can contact us at any time so we can ensure your stay is perfect. 👉 Guaranteed Availability We guarantee that the room will be available on your selected dates and we look forward to hosting you. :) Other things to note ✅ We will be meeting you to check you in, so it's important that you let us know your Check-in Time as soon as possible. Check-in is available from 3pm to 10pm. For check-ins after 10pm, there will be a charge of £25. For check-ins after midnight, there will be a charge of £50. Late arrivals without prior notice may not be accommodated. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your Student ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ Please be informed that we do not allow non-students to stay in the accommodation. ✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
