The space The Basics: Our premier home has 3,264 Sq Ft of 6 Magically Themed Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms with 4 En-suites and a Secret Room. -The Epic Avenger Game and Movie Room has 2 Arcade games with Air hockey, a PS5 gaming station and fully reclining theater chairs, with a separate A/C. -We have 6 theme rooms: Cars, Moana, Tangled, Star Wars, Frozen, Harry Potter and a Secret Room. All of which have murals that will amaze you. -There is a Private Heated Pool and Jacuzzi (heating charges may apply) on a South facing extended deck, with no rear neighbors and a Conservation Lake View. Enclosed in a Lanai, there are lounge chairs, a large seating area, ping pong table, outdoor dining table and numerous pool toys and towels. -The Gourmet kitchen is well equipped. There are 4 seats at the breakfast bar and opens to the dining area with seating for 10. -There is an open seating area and a second game room with light modern decor for relaxing and playing games or just lounging around making memories. -2 Full Size Laundry machines with detergent and fabric softener provided.Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort with a 24 hr. guarded and gated Community. There is a Community Pool, Spa, Slide, Lazy River, Exercise Facility, Playgrounds and a Cafe (small resort fee required per stay) NOW FOR THE FUN STUFF: The Avengers Game and Movie Room has an amazing City Scape with an 85 inch Smart TV in a Billboard. The Avengers are ready for you to take pictures with and the 2 Arcade Games with Air hockey, a PS5 gaming station will keep your group entertained. The fully reclining Theater chairs and Sofa are comfortable to chill out and watch a movie. Enjoy the themed rooms! Radiator Springs and its faced bunkbeds located at Tow-Mater's (4 twin beds en-suite - Accommodates 4) and the Moana room (King sized bed - master en-suite - Accommodates 2) with relaxing views on the main floor. Head upstairs to check out the Tangled room (Queen sized bed en-suite - Accommodates 2) which has lanterns that twinkle. The Star Wars room is designed as the Millennium Falcon main deck with ship lighting (Twin and Full sized beds - Accommodates 2). The Frozen room has twinkling lights with a tree and a little magic from Elsa (Twin and Full sized beds - Accommodates 2). There are hidden Mickey's throughout all the Disney Themed Rooms. See if you can find them (Hints available). Head to the Harry Potter room with a train that is coming out of the wall. You will spot the heads of all the houses and other interesting artifacts (King Bed 2nd master en-suite - Accommodates 2). Enjoy amazing views from the castle and find the door to the secret room. Enjoy the comfortable living areas where you can gather together, play with board games, puzzles, card even poker or just relax. The upstair game room has a large sized Connect Four, Scrabble and Foosball. This home is a vacation within a vacation where you will make many memories. The Gourmet kitchen is well equipped. You will find everything available for a game night to a gourmet meal if you desire to stay in and cook. We have numerous appliances including an ice maker, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cooking oils and spices. Lounge around the comfortably furnished private heated pool and spa (Pool heating charges may apply). Play ping pong on the patio, cool off in the pool, relax in the spa, watch TV or just lounge around enjoying the lake views (We have no neighbors behind us). Beach towels are provided for use on the property. Solterra Resort offers a Pool, Lazy river, Splash pool, Slide, Club house, Fitness center, Playgrounds and Tennis courts. You will have access after checking in and receiving your passes (A small one-time resort fee will be due at checkin and will extend for the duration of your stay). This home is located in the beautiful Solterra resort. A collapsible crib, baby walker and a child booster seat are available for use and located in the Master Closet. Maximum Guest: 14 2 Full Size Laundry machines with detergent and fabric softener provided. Ironing Board and Iron available as well. Each Bathroom has Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, make-up removal cloth, towels and a Blow dryer. ****We ask that you abide by the following rules and respect our neighbors. If you are looking for a Party House, then this house is NOT for you. Take care of our house. The maximum number of guests allowed in is 14 (Fourteen). Any additional Visitors must communicate with the owner. We love fur babies however this property does NOT allow any pets. Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping is allowed in the home. For security, we have placed exterior cameras at the front door, front driveway and backyard pool area facing away from the house. This is to protect the home and to prevent liability. Covering up the camera without authorization will result in terminating your stay and you will be asked to leave without any refunds. Guest access This home is Self-check in and Self-check out. You will have a unique door code that will be active for the duration of your stay. Prior to your arrival you will receive a detailed welcome packet with the entrance instructions. You will have access to all the amenities in the home. Pool heat is optional but is a separate charge. Guests will need to check in with the resort at the amenities center at the beginning of their stay. A nominal fee will be charge and a special pass will be issued. The fee will cover parking passes, access to the community pool, gym, community activities, lazy river, playgrounds and the tennis courts for the duration of their stay. Other things to note This home is a newer home and is in the perfect location for a Disney World or Universal Studios trip as it is approximately 9 miles from Disney world and a few more from Universal Studios. It has been specially designed to bring the the magic of those two worlds home for an experience you will not forget when you are not at the parks. Each room has a theme and a special "easter Egg" that makes it unique. From secret rooms, to built in cars, built in trees and twinkling lights in the ceiling. All for you to explore. The main areas of the home are calm, relaxing and comfortable for time to enjoy being together. There are numerous games and activities to keep your interest and the interest of the little ones. The Avenger's game room is impressive. Snap a picture with the hero of your choice. There are full sized arcade games, as well as air hockey, foosball and ping pong tables throughout the property for your enjoyment. The movie room is in the middle of the city with deluxe seating for relaxing. The pool area is stocked with a TV, loungers and pool games. It has a great water view and is a vacation within a vacation. The kitchen is stocked with spices, and appliances incase you want to cook at home. Coffee's and Tea are supplied. If you decide to explore the town, there are numerous places close by worth checking out. There is a list on the welcome table for you to review. This house is located in the Solterra resort and has an amenities center for you to lift weights, enjoy actives, swim in the lazy river or go down the slide.
