Guest access You have full access to the villa, gardens and pool. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 4 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email or via Air BnB message so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of a late arrival outside the stipulated hours of 4 to 6pm, we reserve the right to charge a €50 surcharge to cover late arrival costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Should you wish to arrive earlier than 4pm and your property is ready, we will be more than happy to conduct an earlier check in. Please make sure your call us ONE HOUR BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL so we can be sure to be available to meet you for check in. Check out is prior to 10am. PASSPORT REGISTRATON We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX Please keep in mind that the municipality of Plesio charges a daily tourist tax of €1 per person (children below 14 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 10 days of your stay.
