Outside, the sprawling lawn is ideal to play lawn games (croquet and badminton are provided) or stroll around the gardens. A magnificent pool and brand new hot-tub overlooks the river, with comfortable loungers making for a relaxing afternoon. A gated fence surrounds the pool area for additional safety. Inside, windows stretch practically floor to ceiling along the entire waterfront side of the house, with sunset views of the Corsica River and the rolling farmland on its banks. The dining room overlooks both the Corsica and the pool, providing scenic views in all directions (as well as allowing you to keep an eye on little ones in the pool area). Around the corner, the lovely open kitchen serves up a design to meet all your vacation needs. Next to the dining area, a family room with 75 inch TV and a wood-burning fireplace provides a warm and welcoming place to read, watch TV, and gather as a group. A more formal living area with airy vaulted ceilings beckons with a wood-burning stove, and its sliding doors open to a screened in veranda perfect for sunset cocktails. Connected to the family room and kitchen, you’ll find two more areas to enjoy, a game room with air-hockey and a screened-in porch — the ideal space for gathering with family and friends throughout the day and evening. Downstairs, a game room with air-hockey and children’s toys provides a perfect gathering space for the kids…and the adjacent movie room is special place for kids of all ages to have an evening’s entertainment!
