An ancient stone farmhouse in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, to be enjoyed entirely and exclusively with the people you love. Three independent homes, private pool, large green spaces and areas where you can spend time together or enjoy some alone time. Podere Poggiolo is a true family home, inhabited and loved for generations: antique furniture, objects collected over time, wooden beams, terracotta, and windows opening onto the hills. Here, Tuscany is not the backdrop to your vacation. It's vacation time! The space Podere Poggiolo was not originally a vacation home. It has become a vacation home. It is the place of my childhood and of my family's history: an old country farmhouse that once housed farmers and animals and that, over the generations, has become the home you see today. That's why you won't find rooms built to look like Tuscany. You will find the Tuscany of a house that has always existed here. The furniture largely belongs to my family, from my grandparents' furnishings to those chosen by me; the objects, paintings, and small details tell the story of people, journeys, and pieces of life. By renting the entire Podere, you will have access to three independent houses, "Il Poggiolo", "Il Poggiolino" and "Il Chicco", for a maximum of 12 guests, surrounded by the same large green space. It is a solution that I particularly love for extended families, groups of friends or multiple households who want to spend a vacation together without giving up their independence. After all, it's also the most natural way to continue the history of this place: I grew up here, in a house that was always open to others, where friends and guests were simply part of family life. Today, Il Poggiolo continues to have the same purpose: to be a place to share. We meet for breakfast, by the pool, for dinner under the pergola, or for a glass of wine at sunset. And then everyone can return to their own home, their own garden, at their own pace. Together, without always being all together. This is, perhaps, the most beautiful luxury of Il Poggiolo!
