Situated on Duikersdrift Olive and Wine Farm, a working boutique farm situated in the heart of Tulbagh’s Valley of Abundance, our self-catering Couples Cottages offer both tranquility and comfort after a day of exploring the scenic surroundings. Unwind on a private patio and enjoy the spectacular mountain views from a wood-fired hot tub or sitting by the fireplace. The space Our four elegantly styled farm cottages offer a blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, perfectly encapsulating the rich history of the Valley. The Couples Cottages include a plush king bed, seating areas, a kitchenette, and an open-plan ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. Air-conditioning with heating and cooling options, a remote controlled fan, and a cosy enclosed indoor fireplace ensure total comfort in hot summers and cold winters. A battery backup ensures that cottage lights stay on during load shedding and unexpected power outages. Outside, a private patio with a fireplace and a wood-fired hot tub provides a relaxing vantage point from which to enjoy the sunset over the mountains, take in the sounds of the prolific birdlife, or gaze at the canopy of stars. From the patio, head down the path to our secluded guest pool area with pergolas and pool loungers, or visit the restaurant for lunch or dinner. An on-site restaurant, 9 resident donkeys, walking and biking trails, Saturday Parkrun, and a dam for catch and release fishing ensure there is always something to enjoy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage, private patio, and private hot tub. Shared spaces include the pool area, restaurant, and the rest of the farm which can be explored by bike or on foot.
