The Baltic Sea is practically on the doorstep - in just 200 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach of Boltenhagen. The pier and spa park are within a few minutes' walk. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping, restaurants and cafes as well as numerous leisure activities and destinations. Hiking and cycling trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities as well as versatile events, such as the popular Seebrückenfest, guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family. The amenities The bright and modern non-smoking apartment has underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave, as well as a dining area. In the living area there is a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is equipped with a modern box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. The spacious and stylish bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and towel radiator. The apartment has a spacious hallway with a wardrobe. On the roof terrace, equipped with garden furniture and parasol, you can relax, sunbathe and sit together. From here you have a unique view of the nearby coastal forest in a northeastern direction and the Tarnewitzer Urwald conservation area in a southern direction. The roof terrace is accessible from the living area. Except for a threshold to the terrace, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free. Special features On request, you can use the attractive amenities of the holiday complex – in house 5 there is a sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna and relaxation room. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at reception for a small rental fee. Our guest reception with reception and lounge is located in the in-house café 'Up Wiek'. If the weather is nice, we will be happy to welcome you on our terrace. The café has its own small children's playground and free Wi-Fi.
