The space Bella is a Studio apartment located in the quiet lanes of Bandra for Indian and International guests who travel to Mumbai for business, leisure, recreation, studies, family holiday, events and more The room is one of the three rooms of a villa with a separate entrance situated on the first floor It has a comfortable queen bed, an en suite glass bathroom . the kitchen area is not attached with the room and It is located on the Second floor and is shared with the other room guests. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, an induction stove, kettle and basic cooking vessels which you may use to prepare meals to your liking. The shared patio space and compound are ideal to relax while reading a book or just tuning into your meditative frequency. A Getaway- Home away from home! Guest access You will have access to the apartment on the First floor. the kitchen area is located on the 2nd floor and is shared with the other room guests The outdoor patio area and compound as shown in the pictures is a shared space as well Check in time: 2 pm or after Check out time: 11am or before ( Please respect the checkout timings, failing to do so will incur a late checkout fee.) During your stay Self check-in is available. You will also be assisted by the security at the property incase of any issues during check in. The host will be available over call and text between 10am to 11pm post which we are available for emergency contact only incase of any issues. The owner of the villa also resides in the property with family and you will come across them at times. We are looking forward to provide you with a pleasant stay at Bella with just a kind request to keep the place clean as you would your own. Other things to note MANDATORY-All guest will be required to provide government approved ID Proof copy at the time of Check-in. (PAN CARD IS NOT ACCEPTED AS ID PROOF). Foreign nationals will need to fill Form C Visitors for guest are allowed ONLY with prior intimation and approval. There are CCTV cameras in the common areas on the property for security and safety reasons. Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the room. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area of the outdoor patio. Please dispose the cigarette buds in the ash tray provided. Consumption of any and all illegal substances are Strictly Prohibited. Visitors for guest are allowed only with prior intimation and approval and if approved identification of the guest has to be submitted as well. Timings for visitors are till 10 PM Only. Visitors are only allowed in common area i.e. ground floor shared space. As this is a shared Property we request you to not speak loudly in the corridors/outdoor patio which may cause disturbance to others In case there is any breakdown or damage at the flat room/ apartment please do inform us immediately so we can fix it for you as soon as possible depending on the intensity of issue. Washing of clothes can be arranged at an additional charge. Do let us know at time of booking if you want to avail of this service. Food Delivery should be Picked from the Main gate
