The space Situated in a strategic location, the maisonnete is a 20' drive from the capital of Kefalonia and about 15' drive to the famous Mirtos beach and five more minutes to the magnificent village of Assos. Other close beaches are the beaches of Vouti, Agia Kiriaki and Sotiras (all within 10' distance). The house is located at just 30m from the main crossroads towards the peninsula of Paliki. Ideal for families or large groups of people. Surrounded by balconies and verandas with views to a meadow / garden full of trees. On the first floor, there is the living room / sitting room with television and the dining room. In the living room there are two sofas that can sleep two more people. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a large bathroom with a tub and washing machine and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a spacious veranda, a balcony and a wide interior white metal staircase leading to the second floor. On the second floor, there is a double-bed master bedroom with its own private bathroom with a bathtub. There are two more two-bed bedrooms and an extra small bathroom with a shower. The second floor is surrounded by a balcony and a big veranda with views to the adjacent garden, which is full of trees. All bedrooms of the house are airconditioned. There is no air conditioning in the living room or kitchen but the airconditioning from the adjacent bedrooms will make your stay more comfortable. Wifi free in all areas of the house. The house has a private entrance and a private parking lot with enough space for two or three cars. The owners don't live in the house anymore, so all the rooms are available for the guests. Still, at the building's basement there is another flat, occupied by a permament tenant. This basement flat has its own entrance and only shares the garden with the main house. Other things to note COVID-19 Instructions and Updates -- PLEASE READ Dear visitors, at Anastasia's Residence we fully comply with the instructions of the Greek Ministry of Health on the prevention against the spread of COVID-19 and we are ready to host you in a perfectly cleaned environment! As you can see in the photos from Google Maps, the house is an isolated detached house, which makes it easier to prevent the spreading of COVID-19. It also features a big outdoors space for private use, along with two big private terraces, one small private terrace and wide balconies all around, all for your own private use. Below you will find information on how we prepare the house for your arrival and what we suggest you do during your stay at Anastasia's Residence. Before arrival House cleaning 1. All cleaning staff entering the house are properly equipped with the appropriate measures of health protection against the spread of COVID-19 (gloves, mask) approved by the Hellenic Ministry of Health. 2. All areas of the house are thoroughly cleaned and adequately ventilated. 3. All frequently used surfaces of the house are disinfected with chlorine (baths, kitchen surfaces, knobs, TV and aircondition remote control, keys). On arrival Taking the keys 1. On the day of your arrival, please contact your host via Airbnb platform. It is necessary to inform us about the time of your arrival. 2. In order to avoid personal contact, you will find our keys to a place indicated to you by the host. During your stay Home cleaning instructions In order for you to feel confident about the cleanliness of the house, there will be available for your personal use: 1. Disinfectant detergent (chlorine) 2. Bucket, mop 3. Disposable paper napkins 4. Liquid hand sanitizers (one on each floor of the house) 5. Special spray bottle for you to place your own home made disinfectant bleach solution (so that you can disinfect any surface you want) 6. Instructions and materials to prepare your own disinfectant solution 7. Please be careful and keep detergents out of the reach of children. Garbage instructions 1. Please empty the house daily of kitchen and bathroom rubbish. There is a rubbish bin 10 meters away from the house on the main road. 2. Please do not leave garbage bags outside the house. It is very likely that neighborhood cats will scratch them open and dump garbage everywhere. Instructions for sheets / towels 1. In order to avoid personal contact during your stay, the house cleaning staff will clean the house before and after your stay but not during your stay. For this reason, there will be extra sets of sheets and towels available at home in case you need them. 2. In case you change sheets or towels during your stay, please place the dirty items in a special plastic bag that will be placed for this purpose in the warehouse inside the house together with the detergents. In order to avoid personal contact during your stay, the house cleaners will clean the house before and after your stay, not during your stay. For this reason, there will be extra sets of bedding and towels available in the house in case you need them. 2.
