Guest access ◆ Guests are required to use the back entrance/exit, which is located near the parking lot. ◆ Self-check-in is available via the electronic keypad at the back door, near the parking area. Parking is parallel only and may require maneuvering in tighter spaces. Please plan accordingly. ◆ Access codes will be sent to you within 24 hours prior to your arrival. ◆ Outside, each guest is provided with a designated parking spot. Please ensure you do not park in a way that could block other guests. ◆ Guests will have access to their private units, as well as a paid and shared laundry room within the building. Other things to note 👣 Guests should be aware that there are a few steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement. 👣 This unit is located on the lower ground floor, approximately halfway between the basement and the ground level, and is accessible only by stairs. 🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Please keep this in mind before booking. 📍 HOUSE RULES 👉🏻 The primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests. 👉🏻 The primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any charges accrued. 👉🏻 Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. 👉🏻 Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. 👉🏻 No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission. 👉🏻 No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors. 👉🏻 No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit. 👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. 👉🏻 No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. 👉🏻 Please avoid moving furniture.
