DRYER NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE Other things to note CONDOMINIUM GOOD USE and SAFETY RULES (mandatory under the usage agreement such as the rental Airbnb) 1 - RESPONSIBLE GUEST - Send a photo I.D. in a good size for identification at the entrance gate 2 – GUEST LIST – Send a list with the full name of all guests for authorization to enter the reception up to 7 days before check-in. If more guests are included, please inform us up to 4 days before check-in, and an additional cost will be charged to be agreed upon. In the case of unauthorized occupants, an additional fee of R$100.00 per extra occupant not informed will be charged after check-out by the Airbnb platform. 3 - SOUND EQUIPMENT OR CONVERSATIONS - Maximum volume 60 until 10 pm and 50 after 10 pm. 4 - FURNITURE, UTILITIES, ORNAMENTS, ART, etc. - a - It is forbidden to move or change their location. R$300.00, after check-out is not complied with this rule. 8 – CLEANING – Regular cleaning of the rooms is included in the rental, a- Includes: cleaning of used premises, floors, bathrooms, pool and gardens, no need to even sweep. b- Extra fees will be charged if there are decorative papers, garbage, beverage containers, disposable objects, or any cleaning other than those described in item 7 a, above, on the lawn or pool. Serving or cooking utensils from the houses or gourmet area should be left washed and cleaned after use. Optional for guests, if you wish to leave it dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be charged by the Airbnb platform after check-out, a fee of R$300.00. 9 - Outdoor sofas before check-out must be covered with the brown vinyl cover to protect against wild animals. The Host will be responsible if left uncovered and there is damage. 10 – LOCKED OR DEPENDENCIES - No access, a fine of R$10,000.00 or more if they are opened or violated. WARNING – This location has an insurance contract from Airbnb. Failure to comply with any of the rules described, or damage to property, if identified, will result in many that may vary from R$300.00, or more. They will be legally charged by the guest, through Airbnb after check-out, or judicially, by the host, if there are infractions or damages that are not paid.
