The property features a master bedroom equipped with a king size bed, TV with Roku, as well as two additional bedrooms, each with two double beds and pedestal fans to ensure a good night's sleep. Let yourself be enveloped by relaxation in the pool and jacuzzi with hydromassage, both with solar heating or boiler for an even more pleasant experience. Organize delicious barbecues on the Argentine-style grill and enjoy unforgettable moments in our spaces designed for sharing: indoor dining room, outdoor terrace with dining room, and outdoor living room. Our house has 3 full bathrooms for your convenience, each equipped with shampoo and body soap. In addition, to make your stay even more comfortable, one clean towel per guest will be provided for use in the bathroom and pool. Fun is guaranteed in our TV room, equipped with cable TV and Roku, where you can enjoy your favorite shows. Our house also has fast 40 Mbps internet, perfect for working and making video calls without interruptions. Rest on the outdoor lounge chairs and take advantage of the umbrella to protect yourself from the sun. As for parking, our house offers you the tranquility and comfort you are looking for, with a covered and private space for your vehicle, as well as 8 additional places on the safe street of the residential development since it has surveillance, allowing your guests to enjoy easy access and security at all times. Your safety is our priority, so the property has CCTV surveillance cameras outside. Immerse yourself in a unique experience and enjoy all the amenities our home has to offer in a safe and exclusive environment. Guest access The house has an electronic lock with a temporary code for free access during your stay. You'll have access to all the bedrooms to make you feel at home. You can hang your clothes in a closet or hangers in each bedroom, although three specific closets will be closed, this will not affect your comfort and enjoyment at all. Our goal is to provide an attractive and pleasant experience in a safe and well-kept environment. Other things to note Thanks to solar heating, the water temperature is usually quite pleasant. However, if you want to enjoy the pool at a higher temperature, you can choose to use the boiler for an additional cost of $800.00 per day (8 hours), which covers the gas needed to keep the water warm and comfortable. Don't forget to let us know when you arrive if you need to use the boiler. For an even more pleasant and carefree experience, you can request our cleaning service for an additional $500.00 per day (5 hours) which guarantees daily cleaning, allowing you to enjoy an impeccable environment during your stay. The cost per extra guest is $600.00 pesos. Although our house is in a natural environment that could lead to the presence of insects, we strive to maintain a clean and safe environment, so we fumigate monthly to minimize these encounters as much as possible and ensure that your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
