Only 600 meters from the beach with beautiful black volcanic sand that is nutritious for the skin. 100Mega Wifi The space We are located in the famous Pan Dulce neighborhood, Playa Negra. It's a safe and quiet area. The hosts live in the back of the house and are there if you need anything. Upon entering the street, you will find the pizzeria "mi tierra" with a service to bring food to the house. Also bike rental and a grocery store and bakery are at the entrance to our street. Just 3 minutes by car you reach downtown Puerto Viejo with its bars, restaurants, bank, ATM, fruit shop,... Guest access The whole house, terrace and parking. Only the back of the property belongs to the hosts. During your stay I am available but I leave guests to their privacy Other things to note There are two tame dogs that take care of the property. They are only outside the house. Late check-in fee: check-in, arrivals after 9pm are charged 5,000 colones
