Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost. - Due to local laws, All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins. - Smoking is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed. -There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1,000 smoking fee. - Check-in Time and Penalty: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A late check-in fee of AED 150 will apply for arrivals after this time. -Check-out time and penalty: Check-out time is strictly 11:00 AM. Any check-out after 12:00 noon without 24 hours notice. will incur a AED 500/- fine.
