After 40 minutes you are in the center of the capital. The space What will await you......... Upon entering the farmhouse, you will be greeted by a spacious hallway with a reading corner, wardrobe and a basic stove. Especially in winter, this provides the necessary cozy feeling in all areas of the first floor. From here you will enter the tub and shower bathroom with toilet and a modern vanity. Another door opens up the living room. Old rustic wooden beams, the stove and matching furniture make the heart beat faster. From here you can reach the small garden. In this room, the TV is hidden behind a double door. Next to the combined living and dining room is the kitchen. It is functionally equipped and offers you everything you could wish for. A Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, dishwasher and much more are self-evident. A small room next door houses the washing machine, vacuum cleaner and everything else you need. A small staircase leads to the upper floor. This consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The steps leading up end in a small hallway. This has a desk and seating for you. The three bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds from the Franconian bedding factory and offer a high level of sleeping comfort. All beds can also be converted into single beds. One of the bedrooms is a walk-through room! From the wonderfully located master bedroom with private shower room, you also have the opportunity to experience great hours in the setting sun on a terrace. Where can you park? 20 meters next to the house there is a car space. If you arrive with several vehicles, Körzin has a parking lot at the entrance to the village. This is 200 meters away.
